These are made from foam pipe insulation, pvc pipe, and duct tape. I make reinforced versions with extra foam at each end and extra duct tape layers because I destroyed my coach’s original type four times oops 😅

people's consent, my own included.
On the evening of August 6, 2022, I went on a date with them after posting an ad on Lex. We ate dinner at a local bar, made small-talk and discussed our kinks, and left to go somewhere private.
Once we reached their car, they pinned me to it by my throat (which I was fine with; we had discussed breathplay) and proceeded to choke me to unconsciousness. I came to in the gutter surrounded by my scattered belongings.
At the time, I wrote it off as a mistake and a risk inherent to breathplay, and even spent the rest of the evening with them. It felt a bit icky, and there wasn't another date, but that was all.
However, when multiple people mentioned to me that descame displayed a pattern of similarly careless behavior with the consent of others in the community, I began to recontextualize things.
I haven't said anything publicly about this before now because it didn't seem worth the trouble, but since I've seen people reposting incorrect info + I've been getting blocked by people close to them, I figured I should say something
Online, they consistently claim that their transgressions, and the consequences in the community, are targeted attacks victimizing them. This is DARVO, and their disregard for consent is known well enough in their community that they're banned from several community spaces.
In my specific case, they directly misrepresented what happened, claiming that they stayed within established boundaries, exaggerating my accusation, and asserting that my decision to speak to community leaders about the matter was influenced by racial animosity.
I'm not trying to start a mob or get anyone "canceled," but after seeing such blatant inaccuracies spread here on bsky, I really didn't feel comfortable keeping quiet any longer.
