We have a visiting Fitness Coach staying with us while her people do Important Things this weekend. Coach Van loves walks but is basically a couch potato. Coach Zojja? If we don't wear her out in the morning she will dismantle the interior of our house by end of day.

Had an amazing morning at the La Brea Tar Pits! I was struck by this sculpture and the accompanying signage and had to share.

Don't worry, Coach has a raincoat too! Also he used to hate rain, but now he's ok with it. I suspect there's a difference between "wandering lonely with no food & no home in the rain" and "a short walk in the rain then home & TOWELED OFF (the BEST) & a treat & then snuggles the rest of the day."

I know I posted the "Two Cakes" thing just the other day, but it seems like there are some folks out there who need to ponder it again.
