Happy Friday! Here is a #ToyPhotography set for you all starring my favorite little @bossfightstudio.bsky.social Vitruvian H.A.C.K.S 3.75 inch Warrior Skelly again! All effects done in camera using Atmosphere Aerosol for the fog effects. I call this "The Revenant."

Image of a skeleton standing on a rickety wooden dock in a swamp setting. The sun is rising and a spooky mist is creeping over the water to where the skeleton stands. An aged coiled rope lays at the skeleton's feet. The light is early morning light and golden and it casts harsh shadows across the dock and the bones of the skeleton.

This may be my favorite shoot I've ever done honestly! Here is @littlemichelle.bsky.social as Princess Serenity. All effects were done in camera using 3300k white balance, stopped down exposure, and four @godox.bsky.social flashes. Taken at around 4pm-5pm.

I really enjoy doing toy photography in and around water. We have an old Lumix that's waterproof up to 5 meters, so I rigged up some fishing line to suspend my Creature from the Black Lagoon figure in the river. Natural light & no Photoshop! #ToyPhotography #UniversalMonsters

Some portraits of a cosplayer named Delta Sev I had the opportunity to shoot with at Dragoncon 2024! I just had to give his Destiny Hunter the Hive treatment with the lighting. He looked so damn cool!

Not my best work, but that's the point. This is my first ever toy photograph! This @bossfightstudio.bsky.social Knight of Asperity is the badass little toy that inspired me to try this hobby. Thanks Knight of Asperity! I need to photograph this one again with my current skills. 💀 #ToyPhotography

We got in trouble in this church for using Atmosphere Aerosol. It's literally just compressed oil. 😅 The result was so worth it though!

How about a Toy Photography post! Here is the @bossfightstudio.bsky.social Vitruvian H.A.C.K.S 3.75 inch Warrior Skeleton (sans armor) rising from the dead! The ground was made with soil and cinnamon! The background was made with a computer monitor. 💀🩻 #ToyPhotography #Photography

What's super cool for photographers on Bluesky is we don't have to crop everything 5:4 anymore! I'll make it an option when shooting with someone but I can offer full portraits now too!

"Blessed plate mail encases the Vestal as she delivers terrible violence and healing comfort in equal measure." A fun fact about the Vestal, she is the only lefty I've ever cosplayed! Have you ever cosplayed a left handed character? All foam and foam clay is @sksprops.bsky.social HD foam!
