Plaid Cymru has long argued that policing should be devolved to Wales so this is a welcome change in tone. By having a Plaid Cymru Government, we've managed to move the dial more effectively with the UK Government to secure more powers and deliver a fairer deal for Wales.

With HS2 now expected to cost £100+ billion and Wales losing out on £5.8 billion, the case for the devolution of rail has never been stronger. Plaid Cymru is demanding that Welsh rail be brought into Welsh hands so that this injustice isn't repeated in the future.

Welsh steel communities have been neglected for far too long. Labour rightly intervened to save steelworks in Scunthorpe, but chose not to the same in Port Talbot. My amendments to the Steel Bill aim to end the double standards in how Welsh and English steel sites have been treated to date.

I became an MP because I was fed up with all the scandals in politics. Starmer promised to restore trust in politics but we’ve just seen more of the same - misjudgements, incompetence, and lack of transparency. Starmer must face the scrutiny and prove he has nothing to hide.
