So excited to have "A Mug Full of Memory," a nostalgic and patriotic piece, included in the 2026 Annual International Representational Exhibition from March 17 - April 5 at the Federation Gallery in Vancouver, BC. 🍁🎨💪 #canada #canadapride #canadianmade #canadianartist #elbowsup #canadian

The sticker on the original plastic sleeve packaging reads $4.99 from Zellers, though it’s a priceless treasure found at the back of a teacher supply cupboard. This painting reflects on the quiet nostalgia of childhood creativity through a familiar Canadian back-to-school staple: Laurentien pencil crayons. Viewed from above, the composition invites the viewer into a moment of pause—recalling early encounters with colour, imagination, and making. The work also acknowledges the enduring value and quality of Canadian-made products, connecting personal memory with a broader sense of our own cultural pride. Themes of patriotism, nostalgia, and childhood creativity converge to celebrate both where we come from and what shapes us as artists.

Let's rehash Andy Warhol a little... Read your labels, fellow Canadian shoppers, war is not a time for soft cheezies 🍁💪 #ElbowsUp #CanadaStrongandFree #CanadianArtist #BuyCanadian #popart

A revised pop art poster of Andy Warhol's Campbell's Soup Cans showing the cans turned and displaying "product of the U.S.A" on the back.

Excited to hear that "Girl with Milk" (2025) will be displayed at the Federation Gallery for the Federation of Canadian Artist's 2025 On the Edge Exhibition from June 23 - July 13! This year, I decided to blow bubbles with acrylic paint directly onto the piece! 🫣🫧 #blueskyartist #canadianartist

Hello Bluesky! I am an artist in Kitimat and thankful to live and create on the traditional unceded territories of the x̣àʼisla w̓áwís (Haisla) people. I work with acrylic paint, but also work with linocut printing and mixed media. I am also a member of the Federation of Canadian Artists. Hi!👋
