We had an amazing day @greatormondst.bsky.social on #undiagnosedchildrensday raising awareness of SWAN CYP and their families alongside @roalddahl.bsky.social, @swanuk.bsky.social. Enjoyed the collaboration of NHS and charities so we can all achieve our main aim of supporting more families.
