How is soil functioning shaped by aridity? 🌲🌵 We studied this along a natural aridity gradient. 📌 Microbial structure shifted with aridity, but soil functions were mainly driven by local soil properties. 📖 doi.org/10.1016/j.ap... Huge thanks to all coauthors 🫶
