Yeah . ..no. I am not a fan of cops, and I am definitely NOT a fan of police unions or qualified immunity. That said, some of the Minneapolis and later campus protests in 2023 definitely created risks to public safety. I blame malicious actors like the Boogaloo Bois and some foreign influence .

Bernie refused to sign DOMA. Great. He also called civil rights 'identity politics' and claimed that Planned Parenthood is 'Establishment'. His spokesperson told people that the Supreme Court - which legalized gay marriage-didn't matter. Oh, I noticed you didn't mention the 1994 Anti Crime bill.

White union guys also helped Trump into office, despite the fact that he would have let them go under. In 2004, auto unions abandoned John Kerry because of CAFE standards, and opened the door to massive privatization and right to work laws. Bush II was never going to sign minimum wage legislation.

I worked for a program that helped people, especially kids, obtain health insurance through CHIP ( which Bernie initially fought)and Medicaid. The ACA changed lives and insured MILLIONS of people. It was imperfect, but could have been fixed. Millions will lose health care because of Trump voters.
