Oh I see. I'm refering to the messaging that billionaires use to seed their products to the market as the hype here, and the reaction as our defensive, resistant stance. But it seems that you're looking at the hype of truly innovative work, and the reaction as the oligarchy protecting itself.

If we can do that, we will have a model for hijacking hype. Or hacking the hype. At the end of the day, as much as the overlords try to siphon our labor, we are the algorithm. None of these platforms work if we don't participate.

The thing is, this works. The thing becomes manifest through the energy, imagination, and most importantly, labor of the humans caught up on the cycle. It takes some time, but it does materialize, for better, and these days, mostly for worse.

The tech hype cycle is a corporation declaring a thing that is not as if it is, the media repeating and amplifying the thing that isn't as if it is instead of naming what it is, and then the consumers repeating and amplifying the media's parroting of the thing that isn't as if it is.

Agreed. She truly should just be charged with trespassing and sent to a mental home as a part of her sentence while she sees the help she needs. If anything, how did she get through the schools radar of being a sub? The parent should be demanding to know how this even happened.
