Dessert was a mango roll cake with fresh mango, vanilla bean and Okinawa sea salt ice cream, and galaxy yokan. The roll cake didn't turn out looking how I was hoping, but the flavor was delicious. The sea salt ice cream was good but not salty enough, so I might make another batch this summer!
