TfS PATCH NOTES - adjusted chapter 1 speech bubbles for legibility - reworked some panels in ch.4 to remove errant plot thread - redid some art in the interlude that's it. honestly i just wanted to make a joke about editing comics like it's bugfixes

been chewing this one over cause I think it's right, for a certain kind of quality, but--and I'm just gonna be an unbridled hater here--a lot of popular webtoons strike me as basically comics illiterate, totally uninterested in comics as a form rather than as a vehicle for rapid narrative conveyance
