The very fact that it didn't neatly slot into a genre is precisely what motivated me to ask regarding your inspirations. I tend to find those who dare to venture into the unknown musically, have typically listened to a huge variety of music, often diving into various ethic music styles as well.

Live David Crosby, Jerry Garcia and Mickey Heart from December 1970. This is an amazing recording of a legendary session from back in the day. #Vinyl

The intro to your track " Ejaculatory Duct Obstruction " sounds excellent.. What other musicians inspire you?

A Shady couple? They lamped each other? They're both "switched on"? They lighten the room? They're illuminating? --I'm done..

Agreed... And too, as a rule, I far prefer animals to people

Interesting. Not seen one of those... For this cat (rescue who had been abused)..pills are just a no no...drops are infinitely easier

Currently Listening To: Wooden Shjips: West Interesting modernish take on the '70's rock sound. Good album, lot of evident talent, very much worth a listen. #Vinyl

I've tried giving our cat pills, my hands ended up looking as if I'd been working with razor-wire all day.. I'll not be doing that again in a hurry..

The pills are terrible money - no reason for that.. The drops have been a God-send with our doggo, he's huge but refuses to swallow even the smallest of pills without huge struggle..

We've been issued some drops, put on the back of the neck, which are an all-inclusive flea, tick, worm thing.. once every 3 months --they've worked brilliantly so far.. It's called "Advocate" by Bayer - might be worth looking into.

Superb... life is full of genuine inspiration for many things if we're willing to open our eyes.. Well done indeed on the artwork - keep it coming :)

It can indeed, but in this case you applied it very well.. it gives contrast and vibrance. What are your typical sources of inspiration? People you see? Imagery in media?

Hello.. and brilliant artwork. The one with the red background, in particular, I find striking

One of my more obscure pieces of vinyl. Quite a good album in fairness, if something of an acquired taste... #vinyl #music

I've not tried the app yet, had GreySky suggested to me as a good option- don't know if it's of any use to check out or not. I'm just tinkering with BlueSky in a browser for now.

Ah, ok, not had the chance to dive too deeply into the moderation aspects - happy to report that nothing so far has sent me looking for it - a refreshing change in and of itself. Social media which is actually Social, and not rife with malaise.. What a time to be alive.. 😃

The atmosphere here seems indeed night and day different. The levels of interaction are of higher quality, people more engaging, and I've seen a minimum of idiocy. It's very much a welcome change from the cesspool that TwiX has become.

Grace Slick pre-Jefferson Airplane. (Yes, she brought the songs White Rabbit, and Somebody to Love with her from The Great Society. ) If you're a JA fan, this album: "Conspicuous Only In Its Absence" is worth finding and giving a listen to #vinyl #JeffersonAirplane #GraceSlick

Yes, I'm migrating over from X, rather dipping a toe in the water so far, and just getting my head around the platform before I start posting regularly. Thank you - the advice is appreciated

Can videos not be posted in here yet? Is there something specific I need to do for it to work successfully? Bluesky isn't seeming to let me post an .mp4...
