Though, some may be taken aback by my OC's parasitic companion Morpheus. There's no denying how adorable it is that a sleepy boy like Animus always has someone to watch over him at night and ensure he's tuck in with an old friend. #oc #ocart #art #cuteart #cute #monsterboy #characterdesign #cartoon

Here's the true expose on my OCs, the artwork that fully lays them bare. We got Animus the all American, Ovi the dedicated artist, Julian the intrepid scholar and Augustus the clever thrill seeker #OC #OCart #originalcharacter #art #characterdesign #cute #cartoon #originalartwork #monsterboy #artsky

Due to some mishaps, my OC Animus's daring unearthly journey to spread holiday cheer nearly went awry. Fortunately, his volunteer navigators and riders (a scout quartet and sibling trio by @PixelOctane) share his tenacity and are pushing ahead with bare grit on full display. #cuteart #ocart #artsky

My OC Augustus (left to center) is holding one last fall festival for the kids of Brady's Unlikely Luck by @darkerxtv.bsky.social. With all the neat devices the host provided and everyone in costume, it's pretty lively. But even amidst the fun, there's still a whiff of misfortune #ocart #art #artsky

My OCs are at the tail end of one hectic chase. A rival had unleashed nanites that devour inorganic material, tearing through their clothes and car. Teamwork left this foe shocked, though so was the driver from all the exposure and wreckage. #illustration #oc #art #ocart #myart #digitalart #artsky

Here's Constantine, the older brother to my OC Julian and the previous owner of the latter's parasite. He was left with a permanent infection from it and can spread muscle fibers to anything he touches. His powers and societal connections make him an intimating force #OC #OCart #characterdesign #art

Julian feels like quite the fraternal figure, with Ovi enjoying the costume theme and location he'd chosen. But what lurks in this ominous trail, at least these bio-powered friends will be prepared. With the adorable Ovi on the beach, it's clear who's getting all the attention from the ladies, at every guy's expense of course. Even when they're just hanging out, the paranormal nature of my OCs comes into play. While evident in background accessories, we also see that having parasitic abilities can give one quite the edge in gaming #oc #ocart #cuteart #monsterboy #originalart #cartoon #originalcharacter #cute #illustration

Here are updated model sheets for my main 4 OCs (Augustus, Ovi, Animus, Julian). The various attire presented reflect their interests, sensibilities, experiences and perhaps most of all the faction they're apart of. #OC #OCart #originalcharacter #art #characterdesign #cute #cartoon #originalartwork

Julian is really being put to the test. Not only was he just caught up in a ocean vortex. But he's trying to rescue the abrasive, insecure Benjamin (belongs to @PixelOctane) who can't help finding this a little gay. #oc #ocart #monsterboy #originalartwork #illustration #art #cuteart #cute #original

Like every diligent leader, Animus must face his personal trials with unyielding revolve. So for the sake of his comrades -- the overly eager Ovi and the deliberating Julian -- he will endure the horrors of being woken up too early. #oc #ocart #illustration #art #cuteart #cute #monsterboy #original

This is just my attempt to encapsulate the epic reign of the illustrious King Sandy, from Kids Next Door. So, the king's commanding presence is presented in all of its grandeur as well as his admiration for a trusted weapon. The latter served him well during some epic quests. #knd #kidsnextdoor

King Sandy’s attempt to impress Mushi with an epic excursion gets to a rough start as their departure from the sandcastle bounds goes awry. Fortunately, he has his knights to remain diligent in the ensuing chaos, and his fair maiden seems to be taking it in stride. #illustration #art #cartoon #cn

Here's an art trade drawing I did for the artist @washikodomo.bsky.social in celebration of Valentine's Day. The basic idea is that it's a fantasy pictorial map that uses Kodomo's characters to show the various ways love can manifest and progress #illustration #art #monsterboy #fantasyart #cuteart

Here are model sheets for my 3 main OCs so far (Ovi, Animus and Julian). Although I've shown the first 2 before, this was my attempt to refine their designs. The intention was also to further characterize them and their group of bio-super powered lads by showcasing their various attire. #OC #OCart

Here's another KND character with a commanding presence, though with a twist. As always, the dapper Wilson Woodrow was ready to give a uplifting speech on behalf of the school government of Gallagher Elementary. But he got careless in preparing his wardrobe and failed to uphold that confident aura.

Here are some studies of paintings I did several years ago. The first two drawings are based on paintings by William Adoplphe Borgeou, and the third is from one by Peter Paul Rubens. The collage was inspired by the work of a lesser known painter from the Renaissance called RenaAnnibale Carracci.

Animus knows that the key to promoting his group of parasitic lads is to target adolescent insecurity. So via propaganda posters, he's showing to the children of Scratch St. -- created by @jarminmeister.bsky.social -- how getting a parasite can boost one's confidence and standing among their peers.

Here's a pose sheet for my OC Ovi, an earnest, soft spoken boy with a knack for observation and connecting with nature. Of my group of lads with bio-superpowers, he's the most agile and fastest, with his parasitic legs and eyes also enhancing his dexterity and depth perception.

My OC Animus might have a genial, welcoming demeanor, but he can also be pretty disturbing. When he sees an amazing boyo like Nester -- which was created by @pixeloctane.bsky.social -- he wants more of that character for himself. In this case, it's a set of Nester androids animated by Morpheus.

Here's the cheerful but unsettlingly curious Animus with his parasitic companion Morpheus who forms all the clothing for him -- excluding his underwear -- as part of a wider symbiotic relationship. I do plan on the latter forming a full set of clothing of Animus but am starting with a barebones look
