When you were constantly looking for examples of how others have used code then it was much less of a jump to reach for copilot because you were already mentally inferring other programmers work into your contexts.

Rationally any work that is built from theory to product can be an art. Ai code is theory-free inference, the computer doesn’t really understand the concept of code. BUT before copilot and the like programmers just copied from Stack overflow posts all the time; which is kinda lazy but worked.

I think there's a lot of people that can't ever imagine peddling anything regardless if its genuine or not. All us artists are initially somewhat bad at selling ourselves. Taking a little less time inventing and a bit more time conveying could help.

I had a fun time dealing with this in an animation context, Should the door use a anim graph with a closed loop, opening clip, open loop, close clip. OR should you set every state to hold last position indefinitely on closed clip and open clip. What's safer, what's taking un-needed resources?
