Too funny. Has the Nation ever experienced an event as a severe violation to the Constitution? AG Garland was supposedly SCOTUS qualified. When he handled the OKC event, he had all the time needed. Handling Tr$mp over Jan6 had timing issues. Conviction would have blocked his being on ballot.

This decision is a clear example. When first viewed, a case may be clear cut. A violation of law = a violation of the Constitution. But ONCE SCOTUS rules, it is NOW Constitutional.

Whatever is said about Garland's is double a failure to the President, who AG Garland reported to, who appointed him. By the Constitution the President is the head of the Executive Branch of government, responnsible for enforcing laws passed by Congress.

There was video of "45" inciting them telling them to go to Capitol. There was video of them destroying gov property and attacking the police. Even BEFORE Garland was appointed, the DoJ could indict him on Jan31. I hope the DNC pays well. FBI Dir Wray did not investigate faux assassination

The GoP has empowered a Ruling Council (authors of Project 2025 and the OBBB) to nullify the Constitution. The Establishment Democrats do "favors" for their Wealthy Donors. They "cherry pick" what and when to enforce the Constitution. Not just Presidents but any Dem Leaders.
