There have been so many opportunities this week that some have had to roll over to next week… for now we have scratch nights, training, a free workshop, bursaries, a commission and a series of international residencies. Check it out! substack.com/@theatrepath...

This week I'm sharing a bit of my Clore Story - where I started and where I am now bravebeeprods.substack.com/p/a-clore-st... If anyone is applying for Clore Emerging Leaders, or is mid application process for the Fellowship or Pulse and would like a chat, I'd be happy to offer support if I can.

Legitimately this is why we need universal basic income. (Well, okay, and a lot of other reasons, but this would be a nice side benefit.) So people can focus on their passions without having to be stretched thin. #punk #artistproblems #artist #writer
"Why aren't people making the kind of old-world classical sculptures and oil painting I like anymore?"

I dunno dude why aren't you providing an artist with a full time salary and residence on your property so they can focus on nothing but making one painting for three years.

Overheard in the next room: Daddy: No Ivy we’re not reading that , it’s not a bedtime book. Ivy: IT IS A BOOK. Daddy: we’re not reading it. Ivy: BUT IT IS A BOOOOK. Daddy: yes it’s a book but it’s not a book for bedtime. I am not reading “Where’s My Poo” now.

Roastie dinner with my parents and my family. Had a little moment half way through cooking for everyone - this is what life is about. Cosy times, roast potatoes and the people you love under one roof. Bloody marvellous.

Had the most beautiful afternoon yesterday with the biggest small human at The Curious Case of Benjamin Button in the west end. FRONT ROW!! The story, the harmonies, the performances… all simply incredible. Hoping all hopes that it runs and runs!
