They’ve seen it fit to let me know they’ve legally confirmed what they’ve changed is fine & they’re keeping it as is. There’s no care towards the ethics of any of this & I simply don’t have it in me to press it further. They don’t care. I’m deeply hurt by this situation but I’ve done all I can.

I asked them to change it, they said they would, but said change was of course just running the art through a generator again. Anyone with eyes can see it’s the same base concept, but we’re playing a “it’s not Mickey Mouse because his ears are a slightly different shape” game.

I do think I’m done talking about the LOD situation unless there’s another update. I won’t be removing my initial post, even though I don’t want to have that sort of thing on my page for good. Deleting it only serves them & helps them dodge accountability in the future.

I’ve seen the new art. It’s in direct conflict with what I asked of them, which is to not use any aspect of my design. All they’ve done is recolor it and change some accessories.
