~Already proven if given a zealot to follow, they will. The TV demon was a clear example of that."

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

"If you think that the legions of hell pose no threat to heaven, then you are a fool. A vast majority of those within hell's domain are there because they couldn't control their urges, yet you would expect me to believe they would resist the urge to attack us if presented the opportunity..? They've~

~Curious, just what could she have been planning.

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

"Indeed demon, although you may not find this game to be as amusing as you'd believe." Each of the flying avatars of Marie would close the distance between themselves and their target. With rather shocking speeds, at least compared to the last time they'd crossed paths. No ranged attacks? How~

"Insufferable curr!" He nearly got her to snap there, the palm of her right hand glowing with holy light for a moment before it dissipated. "I grow weary of conversing with such a deplorable creature. It is clear you belong amongst the rest of these disgusting blasphemous ingrates."

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

~had any of the qualifying factors for leading an army of warriors, I wouldn't feel as I do."

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

"Chain of command is an important aspect of any army, and to have one who wouldn't even qualify as a rookie as our leader? It's a sign of weakness. It's going to desecrate morale and leave many of my sisters demoralized and scattered for when a true threat knocks on heavens gates. Perhaps if Abel~

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

"Perhaps not, but it hardly matters, demon. For every trick you learn, The Lord blesses me with the opportunity to improve my own tactics." Several of the fake Marie's took to the air and flew above the crater, while three had approached through the crater itself.

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

"The tea is enough, thank you." She politely declined before taking a sip of the tea itself before placing her cup back down. "I still can't see where you manage to see any potential in the boy. Lute backing down was a moment of weakness of her behalf..."

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

"Ignorance didn't earn me my rank within the army. Whereas Abel was certainly ignorant of his position when he obtained it, he still is."

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

~Unfit to lead regardless of Lute's current condition... Michael would've been a much wiser substitute..."

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

Marie didn't hold any hostility in her tone anymore, taking a seat and gently taking the cup of tea that had been poured for her. "You've managed to make a fair few points about why Lute may need some self reflection, but you've still made no points in favor of Abel being in command. He is still~

A deep inhale, followed by a slow exhale. This one is really trying her patience. She doesn't even entertain that with a response, only a death glare.

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

~Suddenly what seemed like at least twenty Marie's began to appear from behind various buildings and even seemingly leaching outwards from light sources. "Now let's try that again. Maybe this time, you'll manage to actually hit me."

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

The blast came down quick, creating a rather large blast crater where the angel had been standing. And no sign of her once the dust settled... At least until a chilling laugh could be heard from all directions. Marie's voice seemed to also come from every direction. "A Valliant effort demon." ~

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

"Her grief over Adam was understandable, as was her reaction. She is still a superior fit to lead over Abel, she has actual combat experience first and foremost... she may not be operating at her best right now, but to consider Abel a more fit leader in any manner is... just laughable at best."

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

"Your ignorance on the situation doesn't surprise me in the slightest..."

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

"I want a /capable/ leader. It will take far more than that to irritate me creature, you would do best to avoid annoying me. Lest I introduce you to purgatory."

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

"Hunt you, skin you, fillet you. Whichever manages to finally send you off to purgatory vile demon." Marie didn't halt her approach. Instead, she continued forward, her eyes once more momentarily flashing a golden hue. "Omnia possum in eo qui me confortat." Latin? That was new.

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

"If we'd been cleared to actually attack things would've went much different, you have no idea."

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

A light scoff escaped Marie's lips as she rolled her eyes. "And you believe Abel to be a better fit to lead heavenly warriors..? Should a true battle ever occur, we'd be doomed under his command."

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

|| Holy interactions- Yall miss Adam 2.0 that much /Silly 🤣

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

"If I sought the opinion of a miscreant, I would've asked for it... begone feline."

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

Marie didn't shake in her resolve, remaining steadfast and slowly walking towards the demon. Even taking off her mask and tossing it to the side to reveal a rather crazed look within her eyes, with a chilling smile to match. "How I have been /waiting/ to hunt you again."

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

"We are /supposed/ to carry out our divine duties, I wasn't ordered to sympathize with sinners. I was ordered to cleanse hell of its most vile creatures. At least Adam understood the disgusting nature they all hold within..."

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

"You would call it war, I would call it a cleansing. Do you truly believe that sinners wouldn't have eventually attempted armed conflict regardless? You're a fool if you think otherwise, it's in their /nature/."

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

"Still of the firm belief Lute should've led us... that coward Abel is not fit to lead warriors."

020

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

"Redemption of a few sinners doesn't change the fact that many of those /creatures/ wouldn't hesitate to bring war to our doorstep. Or slaughter all of us, The exterminations are still reasonable, not all monsters deserve saving."

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

If my methods were so cruel, why am I up here, while he rots down there. [:)]

Marie paid no heed to the weapon itself, her attention instead focused on the others' armor. Her eyes gently flashed with a golden hue for a moment, but it didn't seem to do anything immediate. However, she did form her holy light gauntlets right after. Punching them against each other to~

Talk that shit in the sparring arena-

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

"Et maintenant, rois, soyez sages! Juges de la terre, soyez avertis! Servez le Seigneur avec crainte et réjouissez-vous avec tremblement. Accueillez le Fils, de peur qu’il ne se mette en colère et que vous ne périssiez en chemin, car sa colère peut s’enflammer rapidement!" Still the same old Marie.

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 12/10/2025

~Discussion, but Marie could feel her blood boiling, and she couldn't even really tell why she was so enraged in this moment. "I will /not/ allow you to sway me from my righteous path any longer. I've nothing more to discuss with you heathen." Stubborn, but she's trying her damndest to not give~

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 12/10/2025

"From what I've seen /revenge/ is on the forefront on Lute's mind. I have great respect for her, but she isn't exactly fit to lead at this current moment either. No thanks to your meddling or that coward posing as Adam." She said with a slight venom in her tone. It was meant to be a peaceful~

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 12/10/2025

Marie scoffed, her arms crossing at her chest. "No matter how you twist your words, trompeur, I will not abandon my faith or hesitate on carrying out my orders. Abel was appointed as our leader. Whether I understand the decision or not is hardly of importance in the grand scheme..."

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 12/10/2025

~Still didn't sit right with Marie. "et pourquoi devrais-je croire la parole d’un trompeur?"

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 12/10/2025

Marie gained a hint of curiosity upon her visage, as if she was attempting to put together puzzle pieces that just didn't quire fit together correctly. "So, you sought out to taunt the divine in order to... even the playing field..?" It made sense, given everything the bug had done. But something~

Marie narrowed her eyes from behind her mask. "I want to know why you seek to interfere... One would not threaten the heavens without a real motive. Unless I've overestimated your sanity..." A bold question to ask, assuming she would get a truthful answer.

"Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves." She spoke with conviction despite the questioning. Answering in a rather cryptic manner through scripture. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding."

000

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 05/09/2025

~Directly linked with her faith, so to question the word of god would be to question her own convictions. She was speaking out of faith alone because truth be told? She had no idea if Abel would even be a capable leader.

Marie @angelicduality.bsky.social · 05/09/2025

"Your assumptions are without merit... the LORD speaks through the chosen divine. If Abel is to lead the excorcists, then it is because the LORD willed it to be so. The Seraphim merely conveyed his divine declarations..." She was torn inside, Albeit she wouldn't show it physically. Her power was~

"While I hate to admit it, there are some truths to the words you speak. Abel would lead without experience and with a taste for divine retribution due to the perceived loss of his father. While Lute's choices often account for the safety of her own warriors. But as I said before, I will follow~
