Had a fabulous time in Aberdeen last night talking about Radcliffe’s The Mysteries of Udolpho to a lovely, engaged audience. I only spent a grand total of 18 hours in the ‘Deen before having to head home, but loved being back, and will return soon to use their splendid special collections.
