Also, she recommended that brain fog is a signal to rest. I was treating it as a sign to do mindless chores or exercise since I couldn’t think, but physically still felt well. 110

When they suggested cabbage for the science table, I was pleased I was able to put this together Friday night for them to enjoy Monday morning. 021
