A campus leader has to be ready to support all stakeholders, and students are the center of all of our education. Campus leaders have to have a clear vision and provide quality professional learning opportunities for teachers who will then turn it around to students. #edsi6321

I love that you are focused on principals having mentors. We have a high focus on first-year teachers having mentors, but not enough on principals. To be a mentor, I do believe that you should have experience. It should be someone who is trustworthy and is willing to find ways to grow.
