@british-airways.bsky.social We are still in Napels without luggage. We arrived on Friday on BA0528. It's Tuesday and still no luggage. We tried to update the bag info online on the one bag in transit. It has the wrong name attached to it. It should be CARR not DONOVAN. BA holidays ref ZNOGAZ. Help
