![an excerpt from the page mentioned above reading:
As people got used to modern disc-based consoles, the console's... [idiosyncratic] [noisiness] has since become a memorable aspect to fans and newcomers, mainly because most consoles don't angrily growl at you the instant the lid closed or the batteries ran out.
the words in brackets are actually links leading to two videos
the idiosyncratic link leads to a video showcasing the Dreamcast's boot sequence: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yEnnDW5Of-c
and the noisiness link leads to a timestamped Punching Weight episode about the dreamcast's VMU, where Derek is trying to change out it's batteries, and the VMU in question beeps a few times: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rwp9Mqwu8zs&t=387s](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:44tzh3sg2672gyzxykaxiuli/bafkreibe4u4frbuk4jep4elljxiay6rbnbcmrqif55r32bxhu7joq3fj2q)
