"Then, you will always have my undying loyalty; however, perhaps a change of appearance should be arranged to avoid raising suspicions. . I do not look the part now, do I? Mm. . What would you expect such a woman's species to be? What would make the perfect cover?" She asked in---

She couldn't exactly help but smile herself, narrowing her eyes up toward the royal. This treatment will certainly get to Zalina's head if she isn't careful. "Lady-in-waiting, hm? Has a nice ring to it. . However, haven't I proven myself enough, already? What else do you need of me, Alicia?" She--

110

[She definitely takes a hold of her hands, gripping them tight with a soft sigh.] Good. . Very good.

000

Please, dear. Hold my hands~. [Zalina definitely enables her.]

"And I quite enjoy looking up at you, Alicia."

"Mm. . Sure. If that is what you desire." She'd shrug her shoulders.

000

"Very well. Trust me when I state that such will not have to happen. The proof will be as immediate as your eyes lay upon them." With the two holding hands, she'd grip one of them before pointing to the ground, a ring forming underneath them and pulling the duo through. Vertigo would certainly---

"We've lowered to mimicking each other now?"

"As stated, I've no where to actually be, Vector." She shrugs, resting her hands behind her back.

The echidna simply thanks him before continuing outside and onto the sidewalk. "Not that I know of, honestly. . somewhere you'd prefer to go?"

000

"And a tool isn't permanent. It can easily break. As for you. . . Simply put, I would much enjoy seeing you retain the throne forever. I can not have anyone else taking position and foiling my plans." The echidna sighs, offering the chipmunk a hand. "I can show you the operation in-person, if---

100

"Right. ." The two definitely shared that easily between one another.

000

"Not that I know of. . Is there something else you desire of me?"

000

And she'd just continue her gaze upon his own, finally finishing her own tea.

000

"Likewise. . Though, that is because I prefer to keep myself busy with my work, of course."

000

She shrugs her shoulders. "I do not see many people. . So, we have that in common." Stated the echidna, sipping her tea once more.

000

"Plently. It is a necessity to further my research. . " States Zalina, golden eyes settled on the crocodile.

000

"I see. Suppose that's nice." She tried to keep the conversation going despite being bad at it, sipping at her beverage.

000

((Alicia and Zalina doing absolutely heinous things to Moebius together. .)

000

The emotions on the echidna's face do not change in the slightest. She keeps a straight-face throughout their interaction as she motioned toward Alicia. "I am here to extend an offer of immortality. To stand above all despite whatever may happen to you." She narrows her eyes toward Alicia. ---

100

"And I do prefer it when it isn't so. . Noisy. Quiet is something I do enjoy." She responds, sipping her tea once more.

000

"Ah, thank you.." The echidna states, picking up the tea cup by the handle. She'd blow into it for a bit to get the temperature down before sipping at it.

000

"Black tea, if you will. Thank you." The echidna moves to find a table for them, sitting down.

000

"I dare not remember his name, either. . He's insignificant, either way." She lightly shakes her head, resting her hands behind herself while keeping her gaze on her. "And I prefer to keep secretive. I only make myself available only if I want it to be. It's easier that way." Zalina chuckles---

Of course, she'd follow close beside him, adjusting her coat so it didn't flutter in the breeze. Once she reached the shop with, she'd respectfully bow at the respect he showed. "Thank you, Vector. . How kind." She mused before walking in.

000

"If you so desire, so be it. We can grab coffee."

000

She adjusted her glasses as Alicia towered over her, looking up at the other woman. A little grin formed on her muzzle, the echid a having the same amount of familiarity toward the chipmunk. "Mm. . You may be mistaking me for my counterpart if you think we have met before. I am Zalina. Pleasure."

000

"As do I. Not often you'll find me about, however." Zalina simply chuckles to herself, hands still resting behind her back.

000

@sinful-sovereign.bsky.social Ah. Her. The Antithesis to the chipmunk she didn't care much about. She can't remember if she's ever met this version of them. .
