Great news: I'm delighted to announce I've just signed a new contract with Headline to write two more Wilde & Chase adventures (numbers 19 and 20 in the series), due out in 2026 and 2027! 🍾

I made this for fun: a cover for a story about Roulette, Alex Reeve's French mercenary partner from FINAL TRAITOR. Should I write it for real?

I finally found a good use for AI: creating images of merchandising that doesn't exist but should!

Came up with a good use for AI: making fake holiday snaps to slip into people's photo collections. "Where was this one taken? I don't remember these people..."

My son is giving me a running commentary on the Legend of Zelda game he's playing on his Switch, and it's like Mark E Smith lyrics at their most impenetrable. "Level two flux construct battle in the Sky Archipelago-uh. Bokoblin sage-uh."

Background research for my next novel is requiring me to read The Building Safety Act 2022 and The Building Safety (Leaseholder Protections) (England) Regulations 2022, and I'm losing the will to live. 😩

It's a sign of the squalid moral bankruptcy of the Tory party that its cruel, illegal and expensive Rwandan deportation bill might be blocked by a group of Tory MPs who think it isn't cruel, illegal and expensive enough.

Emerald Boy is totally not-mad that the chatbot he wanted to go in the top-right corner ended up in the opposite one. ("Politically neutral", yeah, sure.)

The world's richest man could end global hunger and still be a multi-billionaire. But it's more important to him that his new AI use racial slurs. 🙄

Braverman fired? That's a good start to the week. 🎉 Now I guess we'll see if we reached the bottom of the barrel labelled "Cruel, stupid authoritarian racists" or if the Tories have more stacked under it from which to choose their new Home Secretary.

Just learned that the remake of #FearEffect was quietly cancelled. Shame, but a cover shooter in 2023? That genre died with the Xbox 360. But instead, here are some of my AI renders of a modern version of the sequel - Hana and Rain doing their cyberpunk business in HD!

When even BORIS BLOODY JOHNSON was more committed to a policy (in this case the 2030 switch to electric vehicles) than the current PM, you know our "leader" is weak, self-serving, in the pocket of Big Oil, or all three. Maybe we should start describing him as "Rishi-Washy".

I'm shocked, SHOCKED, that the guy who was a rich white South African during apartheid is in favour of the invaded peoples surrendering their land and living as a subjugated underclass under the brutal rule of the invaders as they plunder all the resources for themselves.
