Accessing Saved Prompts: Open the Copilot Prompt Gallery, sign in, and navigate to the “Your prompts” tab. Viewing Saved Prompts: A list of saved prompts will be displayed, allowing users to click on any prompt for viewing, editing, or running.

Saving prompts streamlines tasks by eliminating the need to retype frequently used prompts. Save Prompt: Hover over the prompt and click the bookmark icon. Access Saved Prompts: Go to the “Your prompts” tab in the Copilot Prompt Gallery. Tip: Rename the prompt for easier identification.

Multiple camera view for Teams Rooms on Windows Teams Rooms on Windows now supports displaying up to four single-stream cameras during remote meetings. This feature, requiring a Teams Rooms Pro license, allows for multiple camera views and manual switching between them.
