My last two efforts at Pad Kra Pao. I’ve got this Thai paste Thats a fierce mix of chilli, garlic and Thai basil… Makes it a fast meal, and cheap.

Went to tattershall castle yesterday quite impressive & interesting place (brick medieval castle) - loads of fascinating graffiti inside…

Has a go at Bún Gà Nướng last night (noodle salad with lemongrass / fish sauce marinaded chicken) The salad was great, might add a few tweaks but could definitely put it in rotation.
