Had a quick go at making a less complicated #gluten-free flatbread pizza (previous GF pizza dough recipe was a failure). Totally viable quick recipe: 175g gluten free plain flour 1 tsp baking powder 150g soured cream 1/2 tsp salt 5mins a side in a skillet on medium heat, then add toppings+grill.

Sliced up GF pizza, slightly browned edges, cheese and tomato top it.

I got to try my pickled mooli tonight. Spicy, sweet, salty! Not a bad way to use up a floppy giant radish. Added chillies and fennel seeds to some apple cider vinegar, then left it for two days to mature. Rather nice, will be making it again :3

I think the British excel at good cheese, pies, sausages, comfort food, beer and most definitely puddings. A good Cornish pasty filled with beef and stilton is amazing, or a well made Sunday roast with beef, roast potatoes, greens, Yorkshire pudding is divine :3

My poor Sandwich's ear is mostly healed now, but she's got a split in it that's now just going to be a scary. Looks like she had a very nasty claw wound from a fight a few days back. Still a pretty kitty.

WFH lunch time and thought I'd give the onigiri mold another try. I seasoned rice, keept tools and mold slightly wet. Need to add a little more rice on the initial layer before I add filling, but end results stuck together and I'm pretty happy with it all. Practice is a step towards perfection!
