Post Transplant Note
On thurdays night I was told to head to the hospital because my liver numbers had been trending in the wrong direction for two weeks. Turns out I was having a rejection and had to be treated. Thankfully it was caught early and I got treatment to get things back on track. They also found that I was actively infected with the Flu which I had no clue I had so I was able to get trestment for that. I finally came home to my family tonight and althought I am not
100%, it feels great to be home.
Thursday was the
• same day I found out about the
passing of a dear friend Ygor Yuri Dos Santos aka Edouble_y100 . At first I did not know how to process it but it made me break out in tears to Niko because I could feel how hard Ygor's situation was and how his family was being left without him. He was one of the most inspirational persons I ever had the pleasure of meeting and he saw all the good in life without the need to use faith for any of it. I had so much incommon with him and I was extremely saddened to learn of his passing.
This is all to say that we never know when our time will come and we have to make sure we are living in the moment and experiencing life through our own lense that is not filtered by the nuances of life that are designed to make us look at life in an opinionated way. We should all aim to be loving, empathetic, and optimistic that everything that happens to us is meant to happen for a reason and it's not because of some higher power that claims to provide all the answers but instead because this is the life we signed up to live. All our experiences shape us to be the people we become so embrace your life and don't worry about or put your burdens on made up figures. Live with intent and love your family and friends.
That's all I can muse about for tonight! Enjoy your life! Being a good person doesnt requre you to be part of any club, group, or membership.

Status of my counter. Wet shaving is real! Don’t ask me about my den 😅

A bathroom counter. Only the right side of it. The counter has several shaving products. These are wet shaving soaps and post shave products. You can see On the Naughty List, Florida Man, along with the Essentials line from the Wet Shaving Store and a fee other miscellaneous products.
