An inspiring day in Bristol at Airbus Neurodiversity Event. It was a pleasure to attend with my Owl Centre colleagues and be asked to speak. Acceptance & recognition is a right that EVERYONE deserves & it was wonderful to hear examples re: how organisations are supporting & celebrating ND staff.
