I bought a fan for my Peloton, love having air flowing to help keep me cool .. it was just excessive today 😂 I'm usually pretty decent keeping my breathing consistent and keeping the HR down especially after heavy efforts. No luck today

Bark was a bit darker than I usually go but not shocking given the extra air time. If I were to do it again I’d likely shoot for a lower temp than I usually go Still very juicy on the inside though

Yuuup. Need enough fat to keep things moist, but not so much it doesn’t render. And then smoothing out the top so nothing pools and ruins the bark. It’s a ln art! (I have not mastered)

Alright cool people that are hipper than I am .. like .. 6-12 months ago I was seeing IG/Tiktok reels about making fruit pies (apple specifically but you can do it with others) BUT with the twist of pouring in a cream cheese layer through the top before baking. What is that called? 😂 Having 0 luck
