Since it’s a crossover with multiple artists, we wanted a design that was both memorable + flexible enough to work in different styles, hence the horned silhouette paired with fluid cartoon aesthetics. He’s going to cause a lot of trouble for our heroes in the coming weeks! (3/3)

I wanted to visually link King Cringe to the 60’s Flash’s Golden Giants (and more recently Zundernell and Quing from Morrison & Sharp’s Green Lantern run,) other all-powerful goldies in DC’s cosmology. There’s also a connection to the emotional spectrum you can read into! (2/3)

My design sheet for the big bad that we cooked up for “DC GO: Runway to Ruin”! This might be my first original contribution to DC lore (rather than a remix) which is a huge honor. (1/3)

“Every day I wake up and I look in the mirror and I feel like more of a monster than the day before... every day! So why not just rip off your face with my teeth? Shall I tell you? Because I believe in art...and music and literature and...and reason!.” -Hank McCoy, New X-men 117, 2001.

My little tribute to comics legend Sam Kieth (1963-2026), a singular artist who leaves in his wake so many strange and wonderful dreams-on-paper. 💜

My design sheets for “Aquaman: Yo-Ho-Hold Onto Your Hook,” where we pay tribute to the rich history of Aquaman and some of the many amazing artists that shaped it. As comic book printing technology matured over Aquaman’s history,I also liked the idea that Arthur got more detailed as he got older.

Design sheets for QWSP and Arion from this week's episode of "Aquaman: Yo-Ho-Hold Onto Your Hook!" written by @losthiskeysman.bsky.social and drawn by myself! In this one, I get to flex a lot of cartooning muscles that I don't usually get to in DC books. And there's a HUGE reveal at the end! 🐟🌊🤯
