Pilot and navigator in that 248 Tsetse would have got docked pay for going into attack with drop-tanks still attached by Wing Co Tony Philips or Bill Sise. Have Bill's fines list somewhere.

You might mean 254 Squadron which flew Blenheims. From memory 245 Squadron flew Hawker Hurricanes
