Ich hab jetzt vermutlich einen, aber die mehrmonatige Freizeitphase zwischen Zusage und Neustart, die gab es nicht. Ich war trotzdem länger im Urlaub, aber wenn man von dort aus noch Bewerbungsgespräche koordinieren muss wäre das schon noch was anderes.

Ich wurde vor einiger Zeit betriebsbedingt gekündigt, mit langer bezahlter Freistellung, der Teil war gar nicht so schwer abzusehen (es hatte schon einige andere Kollegen in vergleichbarer Position vor mir getroffen), das Finden des neuen Jobs hingegen, mit langer Vorlaufzeit, ist schwieriger.

Ich mache das, und hab das auch schon einige Male erfolgreich gemacht, aber das klappt nur weil ich das prioritisiere, einen Job in einem wie auch immer gearteten Ausland zu finden ist für mich zumindest (ordentlich qualifiziert und mehrsprachig) immer noch schwieriger als im Inland.
