We had to put down our old doggie today. She was probably 15-16 and was dealing with slow kidney failure over the last 2 years. Yesterday, things suddenly took a turn for the worse and we made a tough call today. RIP Miso.♥️

Mina the Hollower: A good game that felt... uneven? It's quasi-nonlinear (Meaning: There's a "suggested" path to follow) but as a result, no section feels *too* difficult until the entire ending sequence/boss. (Which I loved) Would also be nice to have more things to spend your bones on at the end.

This is me using -27 on a single player set with no audio. An additional -9 ms off, but look at the clustering/patterns of non-marvelous judgements in the first half. It looks hella sketch, hence my speculation of polling issues.

Back to plat cabs, I'll share some nonscientific tests we did with the sound off. First up, 2 player with both offsets set to 0. We averaged on -27 video and playing again, I got 7 perfects on pure visual. LOCKED IN.

DMC5: Fun gameplay, story, and characters. Things could've veered into "cringe young people dialogue", but it thankfully never did. V was not fun to play as, but he was used sparingly. Pretty easy on hard mode, except for the last two fights. DMC4 was referenced a lot, shockingly.

Devil May Cry 4: The actual gameplay is fine, but goddamn they basically tried to stretch out the content of half a game into a full one. Fighting the same bosses three times while backtracking through the same levels was just tedious.
