Wandering aimlessly is very much the best thing to do. If you can, try Fukushima Tempura. It is in Roppongi, but don't let that put you off. 85 year old Mr Fukushima and his wife will serve you flawlessly in their basement restaurant that hasn't changed in 40 years. Set menu a must.
