Before re:Invent I had only 2 stickers. I waited until after the conference to put more on to see what goodies I could find there. I also popped out my sticker stash and added some oldies This is the first time I have a case for my laptop so they will stay with me forever 😊 Who's am I missing?

Is the AWS Copilot CLI not getting deprecated anymore? I can't seem to find the announcement anywhere.

For real? I thought this would be for all runtimes now… Hopefully soon my friend

Andres Moreno @andmore.dev · 24/11/2024
Internally the Lambda team put in a lot of effort to improve how runtimes are released so they can get them in faster. They only recently got this in the GovCloud which now gives the ability to get runtimes in there at the same time as the commercial cloud.

Seeing this really makes me happy. Just to put it in perspective for everybody, NodeJS 20 was released in the GovCloud about two months ago (almost 1 year later than the commercial cloud).

pre:Invent season is WILD this year! 🤯 I have missed a few good ones. Amazon CloudFront has been getting a lot of releases but somehow I didn't catch this one.

Keeping track of all AWS announcement is tough. It is even tougher during pre:Invent season. Thankfully @lucvandonkersgoed.com added a special section to keep track of all the major announcements going on right now

I didn't see much value on having my iPhone mirrored on my Mac with the latest macOS sequoia feature. I was wrong, it's been super helpful for getting MFA codes from my authenticator apps without having to pull out my phone. Is anybody using this feature for something cool?
