I've been taking intro graphic design courses this semester and it's been a world of fun. We did a book cover design for this project and my professor let me do my favorite webtoon, The Dummy's Dummy. Made by @mochamura.bsky.social I'm really proud of how this turned out. #webtoon #art #bookcover

I've been learning water color recently. Its a medium that I've never really liked since it's hard to control but it's a lot different than I thought. I'm glad I decided to pursue it. I'm not huge on this piece but I did this one for a water based media project #art #watercolor #painting

Hey guys! Thank you so much for your support you've shown. It really boosts my confidence that maybe I can actually do this. I've never shared my work like this before. Anyway, I'm currently working on an 18x24 prismacolor mixed media piece for my advanced drawing final. Look forward to it!! #art

000

FallenStar @andiefallow.bsky.social · 20/11/2024

Oh I go too complex a lot. Its really hard not narrow down colors or stick to a limited color pallete. You're much better at it than me.

FallenStar @andiefallow.bsky.social · 20/11/2024

It's insane how much thought you're putting into just the restraint portion man. This shits gonna be so fire.

Don't feel too pressured to choose only one medium! I personally am a fan of multiple. I just prefer acrylic and digital. But I also really love mixing different mediums into paintings to make them more 3d or with more texture.

I made a design of my ponysona a while back along with her cutiemark with the intention of getting her as a keychain. I still want to real bad but I gotta redraw her cause I keep changing things about her 😭

I'm noticing a lot of people are feeling that way more and more lately. Me included. I just need time to stop, or to just stop existing just for a little while. I need a break, it's too much.

Pokemom Arceus is the absolute BOMB but Pokemon X and Y is also a great start imo

030

FallenStar @andiefallow.bsky.social · 19/11/2024

I agree! Though favorite character wise Albedo is always top for me, and I also adore Tighnari. But HSR catches my attention way more nowadays. I'll always love genshin though. It's like a first love.

010

FallenStar @andiefallow.bsky.social · 19/11/2024

I'm ngl i could have a very long discussion about this cause they both have their strengths. Ultimately I do like HSR more, especially with the combat system. But I also adore Genshin and it's amazing in it's own right. Hoyo doesn't give it the love it deserves tbh.

I feel you. The best thing is really to experiment will all kinds. College has really helped me with that. I'm lucky enough to be able to go with the help of aid. I've had the opportunity to try so many different mediums and I'm starting to figure out the ones I like most and what I like about them.
