I've been prototyping a site that automatically generates docs for any package on Nuget to make it more convenient to publish docs. It's available at nudoc.net. I released some new features to NuDoc.NET. It's mostly support for generics and improved cross-linking. I think it's now at a point where it's starting to be usable and not just a proof of concept. The next step is to handle tags inside the docs: paragraphs, lists and resolving links.

Writing documentation tends to be pushed to the bottom of the todo list. With C# we got XML comments that promised automatic reference documentation, but it's rarely used and it provides no solution for high level docs. What would your dream solution look like? (I might be working on something).
