Interestingly, Spotify has a really hard time picking funeral doom songs Like it (mostly) correctly identifies what bands are funeral doom, but then it only plays mashup of random interludes because it refuses to add tracks over 10 minutes

Which the student decides not to take, because they've learned to hate maths, so they just get left wondering what the point of all the previous stuff was. And then they go on to claim schools don't teach useful skills because of it.

Basic arithmetic has a fairly obvious utility, but then they force students to learn a mountain of geometry and algebra n' shit without any clear real-world use (at least to a teenager) until they despise maths, and then leave all the fun (and extremely useful) stuff in the optional courses
