If you're aiming for amazing grades, you'll need to keep the Heat Gauge high! If you're just trying to survive, you can miss notes on purpose to reduce Heat! In GODHAND, you've got 3 whole lifebars for every stage. Don't be afraid to use them and you'll hit your goals for sure!

Filling the Heat Gauge gets you a delicious score and GP bonus! But timing windows and the lifebar become stricter! Additionally, extra inputs when the Heat Gauge is at 100% will inflict Overheat damage! This is the most dangerous type of damage in the game!! Watch out!
