iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

I'm making a show, and I need help. My DMs are open.

And I hate that. I despise that thought because it feels like proof that this world is changing me into someone I don't like...and I want to reject that so badly. So, now that I'm 30, I feel it's more important now that I renew that spark. So, this is an open call to black creatives.

I'm terrified that one day I'll wake up and have no desire to be creative or passionate because I've let the state of things just rip that from me. I'm worried I'll give up on my goals because I've missed my time or I'm too old. I fear that I'll think I'll never accomplish anything because of it...

You know, I never really realized what my greatest fear was till I woke up this morning. I always thought it was something silly like waking up and my stomach was pudgy or waking up to my dreads getting grey but it's neither. It's waking up and thinking all the fight's been taken outta me...

Getting back on my blender learning, so now I'm pretty confident in starting to model a character but I'm curious, which should I do to fit the setting here? 🤔

Bit of a work in progress, but I made a promise to myself that I'd actually start on this in earnest and, with the subject matter of this story, I feel it's more important now than ever for me to start working on this like never before. #neonbee #blackart #blackartist #superhero

And Black people on here aren't even saying "no," they're just saying "if you want to convince me we're on the same side, show me you're on my side too and don't just want me on yours." And white commenters keep coming back with "how selfish of you, and how foolish."

1. Mayo is the single most disgusting concoction ever devised. It serves no purpose. Sorry your food is dry, make it better next time. Even a sandwich cut with a knife that had once had mayo on it is instantly ruined

Holy fuck, it's only been 1 year

Anansi @anansislibrary.blacksky.app · 15/09/2025

Years ago, like, damn, this is really how I'm planning on living my life? Still doing this job another 5 years? Nah, I ain't ok with that. So what's the plan? Well if no studio will take me at this point, I'll do it my damn self. Cuz ain't no way I'm just gonna stay this stuck in life anymore (2/2)
