Husband got great news on his birthday! He has the boat job!! He'll be currently working 8pm-8am while the boat is in shore to help get the boat ready to go. And then he'll be gone for 6-8 weeks (and then home the same). So it looks like things might finally pick up!

I know I said I wanted to live in Iceland but even those two weeks in December were brutal for me. I ran to the trails by the ocean near my in-laws (like a 5 minute walk to a beach/trail) every afternoon we had no plans and I saw sunlight. It'll be hard if I'm there full time.

My SAD is definitely increase. Just tired all the time. Little energy. I just want to be a potato wrapped in blankets on my couch where I can watch or game or read. Plus my desire for all the sweets and carbs. Why do I even want a salad when pasta and cheese exists?

I tend to use the default names because I'm not creative. Lilya was one of the default names and, believe it or not, several years ago, I saw the name Lilja on a list of Icelandic girl names. I told husband if we ever have a girl, that's a name contender. Seeing "Lilya" as a default name, I had to.
