Can you say more about what DEI NOFOs means, pragmatically? I have an R25 for SDOH training that received the top score. Council was supposed to meet 1/28, and was canceled. Does SDOH training = DEI? Or does your thread refer specifically to F31 applications under the diversity mechanism?
