Before I was old enough to collect Medicare irregular doctor appointment was outrageous so I was lucky if I went to the doctor once a year now that I’m over 65 and I collect Medicare, I actually get to go to the doctor my daughter who is still quite young? Also cannot go to the doctor too expensive.

I have some ground beef up in the freezer. I’ve canned up some ground beef on my shelf so all in all I probably have a good 30 pounds of ground beef between frozen and canned. I think I’m good for at least a little while.

My first garden with the help of my daughter because I kill silk plants so it has been everything that I actually got them to live and actually produced my vegetables. I am so pleased and just to all of us who grew something this year it always starts with just to seed.
