Reading these filings in KMK at SCOTUS, I'm puzzled by the oft cited B.P.J. decision. Specifically, why is it called B.P.J. - that plaintiff lost that case. The court crushed her dreams. And now her initials are run through the mud every time a bigot wants to hurt a transgender athlete in court?

This cry-bully case was on Friendly Athiest a few weeks ago. She lost her match and later learned her opponent was trans. Fake assault charges were investigated and dropped. Here's the lower court decision explaining why the requested relief cannot be granted, consistent with SCOTUS precedent.

Senate elections are very important. Senators confirm federal judges and Justices. The current Senate has been flooding the judiciary with R's. Florida, Texas, Maine - could all go D in the Senate. That would change everything in the judiciary.

Listening to this clip - it sounds like they're making progress. We have: 1. gender != sex != sex orientation 2. biological sex change happens 3. questioning of previously held assumptions They could find a knowledge-able person to help, but this is overall positive, imo.
