Ask yourself why the DEMS won't fund soldiers as a separate issue? Won't fund essential employees as as a separate issue? Won't fund SNAP as a separate issue?? They have said it out loud. If they pay these people they lose leverage over the GOP. It’s not about the people it’s about the leverage.
