I finally finished uploading all my recorded roto sessions of the Intro to my BTS folder and it ended with the dumbest of them all. The most blink and you miss it, Leon on the bike mod. 1. Do not roto VG footage. It is awful. 2. I made sure to re-add the slits in his basket. Why? I...I don't know.

I have emerged from my cave of pain and endless work to provide my yearly reminder that audio encoding is just as important as video encoding. The top layer is 192kbps, the bottom is 320kbps. See how much the waveform loses? You wouldn't cronch your footage, don't cronch your audio.

I've had this since I was 10, when it first came out. (Hence the state of it.) Still the original battery. Still works. :)

It is. I saw some posts regarding it and while there was speculation on where it was AI or just some really fucked up renders, I decided to reach out to customer service myself. They basically said "Hey, we support artists! But sorry you feel that way...we'll miss you as a customer!"

I saw a discussion online that the Dragonfruit Mango cocktail art currently used may be AI generated. There are quite a few odd design choices in it which could either be strange printing inconsistencies or the sign of poor AI output.
I personally am choosing to not support any companies that opt to utilize generative AI in their marketing process whatsoever, so if I could get a definitive answer that'd be awesome.
I appreciate any help you can provide!

I have had these plushies hanging up like this for like... 3+ years now. I keep telling myself that I should move the Beastars ones around so the trio is together but we all know Haru is happy for her boyfriends.

I'm clearing through my files (because I can't be bad and just buy yet ANOTHER HD) and I found the isolated finished transition from last year. This is still one of the dumbest things I've ever done for a contest intro. Weeks of work for a 1 second transition that everyone thinks is a chroma key.

Ok, so this was actually my first ever order from USAGundamStore and I am officially the happiest girl in the world. Not only did I get my stuff but I was unaware that they work with freakin' @evanpalmercomics.com and now I have DOUBLE Tequila Gundam stickers. What a glorious day.

Throwback to when a random CD-R exploded in my disc drive, causing the cover to shoot across the room and bits of disc to dribble out. I had to use my PC at the IC that year. I set it down and there were still disc bits in it that my PC vomited out right in front of the audience :'D Memories. ✨
