This SCOTUS decision will lead to different definitions of rights, pretty much based on your state’s AG. Trump could issue an “executive order” suspending whatever amendment you can think of and unless you qualify as a litigant under an injunction it wouldn’t apply to you. This is fucking wild.

Not to be a pessimist but what’s the game plan for this one? Allowing injunctions only for litigants makes the constitution only applicable to those who can afford to litigate or hoping your state AG is blue to sue on your behalf. This seems like past the Rubicon for enabling tyranny.
