Certain complicated things should be prohibited, for banks, and for everyone providing services to users: I await confirmation that I indeed need to complete all of this only to update three letters in our business name, changing it from "snc" to "srl", which is what I was supposed to do. stay tuned

The report list contains 14 items, each of which must be deactivated and reactivated. Every activation and reactivation requires security confirmation through an app and two-factor authentication, such as facial recognition. Additionally, a mandatory download of a PDF is required

Perhaps I have found the solution, after having the AI read the manual. You know how it is 27 pages long! The AI suggested that I check the "reports list". I had seen that menu before, but maybe my subconscious was trying to spare me from a potential drama, a drama that ultimately unfolded.

I develop web software and have thousands of accounts on 1p. "Nothing frightens me," I said to myself as I tried to navigate the labyrinth of options in the bank's portal. Today, however, they sent me a 27-page PDF document to read.

Recently, my company transitioned from a partnership to a limited liability company. Among other things, I need to update the bank's records, which informs me, "You must enable and disable the paper document delivery in the online settings." I thought to myself, "How difficult can that be?"

7/ Down the line I'd like more time for writing and talks like this. I sense - sharp instincts, I know - that something is happening. Or I'm just a nearly-fifty-year-old who got that old feeling back.

6/ I've written about all this too, latest posts here: antonio.m6i.it Disclosure: the AI wrote them from my git logs and work chats. I'd like to be more visible: otherwise how does anyone see what you do, or start a conversation about it?

5/ aicli, built last night: a fork of a JS project rewritten in Ruby. Chat with AI from the shell - ask a one-off question, or stay in your flow and call it when you need it, with history and an initial context. github.com/magnum/aicli

4/ mcpme is an MCP for shell access to my own device. I've since done system-level debugging in ways I never imagined I would. github.com/magnum/mcpme

3/ The infrastructure is flexible: I can plug in other ad-hoc MCP servers as I build them. The point is that models now have real tools over my whole personal and working life, not a sandbox. This thread is going out through it.

madcp runs in Docker on my home server, reachable from outside via a secure tunnel. It handles auth and orchestration and exposes everything over MCP + OAuth: works from desktop, mobile, anywhere. Any model I want, Claude for now. github.com/magnum/madcp
